Local Industrial Vibration and Acceleration meter
VIBER ES1251-1 device information
Errors:
- E8, E4: E4 is for channel one and E8 is for channel two. This error is an open circuit fault, and if the sensor is not connected to the seismometer in any way or the cable has a definite sensor, an open circuit error will occur. At this time, the user can touch accept through the touch screen, and if there is still an error, the E4 or E8 error or both will be displayed at the top of the screen to know the status of the system, and until the error is fixed. This announcement remains.
- E7, E3: E7 is for channel one and E7 is for channel two. This error is a short-circuit error at the inputs, and if there is any connection at any of the input to the vibration sensor sensors, or if the sensor cable is connected, a short-circuit error occurs. At this time, the user can touch accept through the touch screen, and if there is still an error, the E3 or E7 error or both will be displayed at the top of the screen to know the status of the system, and until the error is fixed. This announcement remains.
- E1, E2: These two errors are related to the level of alarms one and two of channel one. The user can select the setting option via the touch screen, then select Channel One and view the values of the H2 and H1 alarm levels. These values are related to LEDs and potentiometers (SET1), which show the two levels of alarms one and two from channel one. It should be noted that the user can adjust and select these values with the appropriate potentials. When the vibration exceeds the set alarm level, the corresponding LED will light up on the panel and the corresponding error will appear on the screen. At this time, the user can touch accept through the touch screen, and if there is still an error, E1 or E2 error or both will be displayed at the top of the screen to know the status of the system, and until the error is fixed. This announcement remains.
- E6, E5: These two errors are related to the level of alarms one and two of channel two. The user can select the setting option via the touch screen, then select Channel 2 and view the values of the H2 and H1 alarm levels. These values are related to LEDs and potentiometers (SET2) that show the two levels of alarms one and two from channel two. It should be noted that the user can adjust and select these values with the appropriate potentials. When the vibration exceeds the set alarm level, the corresponding LED will light up on the panel and the corresponding error will appear on the screen. At this time, the user can touch accept through the touch screen, and if there is still an error, the E5 or E6 error or both will be displayed at the top of the screen to know the status of the system, and until the error is fixed. This error remains.
